These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player," "You," or "Your") and weekph (the "Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"), governing your access to and use of the weekph online casino and sports betting platform, including our website located at https://weekph.cam and all associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may not create an account.

1.4. weekph operates under proper licensing and regulatory oversight in the Philippines. All gaming activities conducted on the Platform are subject to Philippine law and applicable gaming regulations.

2. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

2.1. Minimum Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account or participate in any gaming activities on the weekph Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2.2. Verification: weekph reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. You must provide accurate, valid government-issued identification documents when requested. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.3. Geographic Restrictions: Our services are intended for residents of the Philippines. You warrant that you are physically located in the Philippines when accessing the Platform. weekph employs geolocation technology to verify player locations and reserves the right to restrict access from prohibited jurisdictions.

2.4. Legal Capacity: You represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that you are not prohibited by law from participating in online gaming activities.

2.5. Responsible Gaming: You acknowledge that gambling can be addictive and that it is your responsibility to assess whether participation in gaming activities is appropriate for your personal circumstances. weekph provides tools to assist with responsible gaming, including deposit limits, session timers, and self-exclusion options available through your account settings.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use weekph services, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification
• Date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older
• Valid residential address in the Philippines
• Active mobile phone number for account verification and security
• Valid email address for account communications
• Secure password meeting our security requirements

3.2. One Account Per Person: You are permitted to maintain only one (1) account with weekph. Creating multiple accounts (commonly known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds, winnings, and bonuses across all accounts.

3.3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed as authorized by you.

3.4. Unauthorized Access: You must immediately notify weekph if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach. weekph shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account if you failed to maintain adequate security measures.

3.5. Information Updates: You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delays in withdrawals or account restrictions.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1. Accepted Payment Methods: weekph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers, QR Ph, GrabPay, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT cryptocurrency, and Coins.ph. Available payment methods may vary based on your account status and verification level.

4.2. Deposit Processing: Deposits made via e-wallet services such as GCash and Maya are typically credited to your account instantly. Bank transfers may take 1-3 business hours depending on the sending bank. weekph does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3. Minimum and Maximum Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but typically start at ₱100 PHP. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on your account verification level and responsible gaming settings.

4.4. Source of Funds: You warrant that all funds deposited into your weekph account originate from legitimate sources and belong solely to you. weekph prohibits the use of funds derived from illegal activities or belonging to third parties. We reserve the right to investigate the source of funds and may request supporting documentation.

4.5. Anti-Money Laundering (AML): weekph maintains strict AML compliance procedures. Suspicious transactions may be reported to relevant authorities. You agree to cooperate fully with any AML investigations, including providing requested documentation.

4.6. Currency: All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). If you deposit funds in a different currency, your payment provider will convert the amount at their prevailing exchange rate, and weekph bears no responsibility for conversion fees or exchange rate fluctuations.

5. Withdrawals and Payout Policy

5.1. Withdrawal Methods: You may withdraw funds to the same payment method used for deposits. weekph processes withdrawals to GCash, Maya, and bank accounts. Cryptocurrency withdrawals (USDT) are available for accounts that deposited via cryptocurrency.

5.2. Processing Time: weekph aims to process withdrawal requests within 15-30 minutes during business hours (9:00 AM to 11:00 PM Philippine Time, Monday through Sunday). Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed on the next business day. First-time withdrawals or large amounts may require additional verification and may take up to 24-48 hours.

5.3. Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 PHP. Maximum withdrawal limits vary based on your VIP level and account verification status. Standard accounts may withdraw up to ₱100,000 PHP per transaction with a daily limit of ₱500,000 PHP.

5.4. Verification Requirements: Before your first withdrawal, you must complete account verification by submitting valid government-issued identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID card) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months). weekph reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

5.5. Wagering Requirements: Deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal. This requirement prevents the Platform from being used for money laundering purposes. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in Section 6.

5.6. Withdrawal Fees: weekph does not charge withdrawal fees for amounts above ₱1,000 PHP. Withdrawals below ₱1,000 PHP may incur a processing fee of ₱50 PHP. Your payment provider may apply their own fees for receiving funds.

5.7. Declined Withdrawals: weekph reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests if there are concerns about fraud, bonus abuse, violation of Terms, or incomplete verification. You will be notified of the reason for any declined withdrawal and given an opportunity to resolve the issue.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

6.1. Promotional Eligibility: Bonuses and promotions offered by weekph are subject to specific terms and conditions announced with each offer. Unless otherwise stated, promotions are available only to players who have completed full account verification.

6.2. One Bonus Per Player: Each player, household, IP address, and payment method is eligible for only one bonus per promotion. Abuse of promotional offers, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of bonuses and potential account closure.

6.3. Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Typical wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. For example, a ₱1,000 PHP bonus with 25x wagering requires ₱25,000 PHP in total bets before the bonus and associated winnings can be withdrawn.

6.4. Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games like blackjack and roulette may contribute 10-20%. Live dealer games may contribute 10% or be excluded entirely. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.

6.5. Maximum Bet Limits: When playing with bonus funds, maximum bet limits apply. 6.8. Bonus Abuse: weekph reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close accounts if we determine that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity.

7. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

7.1. Game Outcomes: All games on the weekph Platform utilize Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined randomly and cannot be predicted or manipulated by weekph or players.

7.2. Return to Player (RTP): Each game has a theoretical Return to Player percentage, which represents the expected long-term payout to players. RTP information is available in each game's information section. Actual results may vary significantly in the short term.

7.3. Game Rules: Each game has specific rules governing play, payouts, and betting options. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. Game rules can be accessed through the information button within each game.

7.4. Technical Issues: In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error that affects game outcomes, weekph reserves the right to void affected bets and restore accounts to their pre-game state. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players and resolve issues fairly.

7.5. Sports Betting: Sports betting outcomes are determined by official results as recognized by the relevant sporting body. weekph reserves the right to void bets if an event is postponed, cancelled, or if there is evidence of match-fixing or irregular betting patterns.

7.6. Maximum Winnings: weekph reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on certain games or jackpots. Progressive jackpot amounts are clearly displayed within each game. Regular slot games typically have maximum win caps of ₱1,000,000 to ₱5,000,000 PHP per spin, depending on the game provider.

8. Prohibited Activities and Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the weekph Platform. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, chargebacks, providing false information, or engaging in any form of fraud or deception.
• Collusion: Collaborating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker or live dealer games.
• Bot Usage: Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games. All gaming must be conducted manually by the registered account holder.
• Advantage Play: Exploiting software bugs, game malfunctions, or promotional loopholes to gain unfair advantages.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder money or transfer funds between players for non-gaming purposes.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access or use your account, or accessing another player's account.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating more than one account to abuse bonuses, circumvent restrictions, or manipulate the Platform.
• Offensive Conduct: Harassing other players, using offensive language in chat functions, or engaging in discriminatory behavior.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access restricted areas of the Platform, reverse-engineer software, or circumvent security measures.
• Commercial Use: Using the Platform for any commercial purpose other than personal entertainment.

8.2. Investigation Rights: weekph reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations of these Terms. During investigations, we may suspend accounts, withhold withdrawals, and request additional documentation. We may cooperate with law enforcement authorities regarding criminal activity.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1. Voluntary Closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification.

9.2. Self-Exclusion: If you wish to exclude yourself from gaming for responsible gaming reasons, you may activate self-exclusion through your acc ount settings. Self-exclusion periods range from 6 months to permanent closure. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your account or create new accounts.

9.3. Suspension by weekph: weekph reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time if we suspect violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or for responsible gaming concerns. During suspension, you will not be able to place bets or withdraw funds pending investigation.

9.4. Termination for Cause: weekph may terminate your account immediately without prior notice if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or if we determine that your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to weekph or other players. Upon termination, any bonus funds and winnings derived from violations will be forfeited.

9.5. Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of ₱100 PHP or 5% of the remaining balance, whichever is lower, until the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero.

9.6. Deceased Players: In the event of a player's death, the account will be closed, and the remaining balance will be transferred to the legal estate representative upon provision of valid death certificate and probate documentation.

10. Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution

10.1. Service Availability: weekph makes reasonable efforts to ensure Platform availability 24/7; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. weekph shall not be liable for any losses resulting from Platform unavailability.

10.2. No Warranty: The Platform and all services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. weekph does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or malicious code.

10.3. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, weekph's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds in your account at the time of the claim or ₱10,000 PHP, whichever is lower.

10.4. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless weekph, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.

10.5. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes between you and weekph shall first be addressed through our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration rules, with the arbitration venue located in Metro Manila.

10.6. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action must be brought in the appropriate courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

10.7. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
